CABLE TELEVISION SERVICE:
During the 20-year
buildup and development in providing
cable television service, with 1GHz technology, node 500 and a multi-service network, SCTV is proud to be the leader in term of cable television
technology and broadcasting coverage in
Vietnam. Recently, SCTV has been broadcasting more than 70 analog channels, 153
digital TV channels including 35 real HD channels as well as
producing 17
specific SD channels and 14 HD channels with diversified content.
On 31/12/2014,
SCTV has become a leader in the Vietnamese Pay-TV market that covers 57/63
Provinces/Cities with more than 2 million cable television subscribers and the
revenue of USD 120 million generated from cable television services in 2014.

At the current stage, SCTV is the
pioneer in the Pay-TV market to provide digital cable television service of high quality to our subscribers. SCTV offers
more 150 channels including 40 real HD channels such as: Fox Sports Plus,
Foot-ball TV-HD, True Sports-HD, Sports-HD, NHK World HD, Discovery HD, KBS
World HD, Star Movies HD, SCTV-HD Sports, SCTV-HD Foreign Movies, SCTV-HD
Comedy, SCTV-HD Theatre, SCTV-HD Vietnamese Movies, SCTV-HD Movies, SCTV-HD
General Entertainment, SCTV-HD Travel- Discovery… with the diversified content
and high quality.
Until June 2014, SCTV has reached
more than 500,000 digital cable television subscribers. In 2014, the revenue
of 5 million USD has supported the
company to become a market leader in term of subscribers and revenue.
ONLINE TV - IPTV

Recently, SCTV offers our
subscribers with Online TV service via Internet and VOD service based on the
world’s modern
technology standard. Until
31/12/2014, SCTV has accomplished more than 50,000 IPTV/VOD subscribers.
Together with the
the revenue of USD 5 million in
2014, SCTV has reached the third place in Vietnam.
Functionalities of IPTV/VOD: Pause,
Time Shift TV, PVR, Archiving Function, EPG, Start-over TV, Trailer of new
movies, web
browsing (YouTube, Google…), Email

SERVICE PROVIDER
Since 2005, SCTV Company is proud of being the first
Vietnamese company that has successfully researched and applied technolo-
gy to access Internet via cable television network
with the latest Docsis 3.0 technology according to the EURO standard. This
technology
provides the capacity for not only broadcasting
hundreds of TV cable channels but also accessing high-speed Internet service
with the maximum download speed of 50Mbps based on the worldwide standard.
Until 31/12/2014, SCTVnet has achieved the fourth
place for providing Internet service with more than 300,000 subscribers and the
revenue of USD 10 million in 2014. In our expectation, SCTV will be one of the
leading Internet Service Providers in Vietnam in 2015.
VOICE OVER INTERNET
PROTOCOL- SCTVFONE
Starting from January 2013, SCTV has been providing
the VoIP service named SCTV-Fone with SipPhone Technology to capture the demand
of our subscribers for making domestic and international calls of high quality
at the low rates. Until 2014, SCTV has obtained more than 100,000 subscribers
of SCTVFone service. Together with the revenue of USD 2 million in 2014, SCTV
has achieved the fourth rank in the Vietnamese market.
